Tolosa

Les haricots rouges de Tolosa sont l’un des plus grands trésors gastronomiques de notre localité.

Tolosa beans, or ‘alubias’ are one of our town’s greatest gastronomic treasures. The Tolosa bean fair will take place this year from November 14-17, when both the producer of the best bean will be named, as will the couple deemed to present the best dish prepared using the same winning bean of the year. The bean fair will in turn be accompanied by the Euskal Jaia Basque festivities. 

Tolosako babarrunak herri honen altxor gastronomikoetako bat dira.

Azaroaren 14tik 17ra ospatuko da Tolosako Babarrunaren Festa, Euskal Jaiarekin batera: azoka bereziaz gain, lau lehiaketa eta ekitaldi pila izango dira. 

Las alubias de Tolosa son uno de los mayores tesoros gastronómicos de nuestra villa.

Eguzkia, aire goxoa eta are gehiago giroa: bat egin dute gaur Tolosa Goxua aparteko azokak, larunbatero egiten den merkatuak eta Tolosa Kantarik. 25 postu baino gehiago, gazta-tarta lehiaketa eta 5.000 erroskila baino gehiago banatuak. Larunbatetan Tolosan beti zerbait badela dioen jendeak arrazoi du, bai horixe!
